E.
G. Weinschenek, manager for the Dougherty Typewriter company, was sued
before Alderman Donovan yesterday by T. M. Porter, agent of the Humane
society, for cruelty to animals. Weinschenek hired a team and rig from W.
Morganstein, a livery man at 306 Ohio street, Allegheny. "...though Dr. War, a veterinary surgeon, was called the horse died in a few hours. Death due to overdriving."
